It delivers continuous, stable production of solid, dense ice blocks with slow melting performance. Equipped with intelligent PLC touch screen control, the whole process including automatic water feeding, ice forming, hot gas de-icing and ice discharging runs unattended. Available capacity ranges from 1 ton to 100 tons per 24 hours, with customizable ice block weight from 5kg to 100kg.
Compared with conventional brine-type block ice equipment, our direct cooling block ice maker saves around 30% energy consumption.
